Vendor Maintenance Specialist

  • Vendor Maintenance Experience

  • W9 and 1099 reporting knowledge

  • PeopleSoft experience preferred

  • ServiceNow experience preferred

  • Reports directly to the Vendor Maintenance Supervisor

  • Performs vendor master maintenance in PeopleSoft of JDE

  • W9 solicitation and maintenance

  • Update and maintain electronic payment method enrollments

  • Customer service support calls with vendors and location personnel

  • Special Projects as assigned

  • Additional tasks as determined by the Vendor Maintenance Supervisor
