Honeywell Education Sales Program Manager in Duluth, Georgia

Guide and coordinate the operational aspects of ongoing sales campaigns and projects in the Education Sales Vertical at Honeywell Building Technologies. You will facilitate the collaboration between sales, project management, marketing, operations, and other departments. You will review status of sales campaigns. You will advise on schedules and status reports. You will assess campaign issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring sales campaign progress, and for intervention and problem solving with internal stake holders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Program Management

  • Facilitate Team Alignment

  • Review Status Reports

  • Drive program to capture stimulus funding for Education

  • Create solution that provides outcomes required by customer

  • Help sales team create winning account plans for targeted school districts and pursuit plans for major opportunities

  • Create specific programs to help target different customer segments

  • Help create sales enablement tools

  • Track Key Performance Indicators for each campaign

  • Lead internal sales campaign reviews


  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum of 7 years in the Building Technology industry


  • A proficient understanding of key sales principles and best practices

  • CRM expertise

  • A comprehensive knowledge of the building technology ecosystem

  • Experience in the Education Sales Vertical

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams

  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • Being completely self-motivated

  • An ability to influence across a broader organization and across functions in a Global environment

  • Senior leader presentation experience

  • An ability to exercise independent judgment
