Danaher Corporation Office Manager DACH-PL in Duesseldorf, Germany
The Office Manager plays a key role for all office related tasks, focus will be the German office, but office related processes for AT, CH and PL will be in scope as well.
Furthermore, the office manager will support the region with admin related tasks, the organization of local (internal) events and assists in cross-functional projects
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilities Management including phones, IT, building, equipment, catering
Act as the link with the European Headquarters located in France
Assist with contract management, like contract compliance in Germany or CTPK
Manage incoming correspondence and re-direct if needed to the departments/persons in charge
Act from time to time as regional representative in EMEA cross-functional projects and/or act as project assistant in regional projects

Assist the local leadership team with basic admin tasks
Manage all office related vendors
Ensure in time delivery of materials for external events
Manage basic finance and HR tasks
Education or Experience (in years):
High school degree (or equivalent experience) with 0-1 year of work experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office management related work environment
Experience MS Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Knowledge and skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
German language skills mandatory
Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbally
High attention to details with the ability to effectively review and understand sales agreements, proposals, purchase orders, and related information
Strong focus on driving (internal) customer satisfaction
Good problem solving and analytical skills
Demonstrating good judgment and initiative
Self-motivated, confident, reliable and able to plan and follow up on outstanding issues
Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
Should be an outgoing, positive, team player
Strong sense of accountability
- Travel minimum 5% –regional and some international travel is required.
