Ensures that the company has access to safe and effective pharmaceutical and control substance products for our customers while protecting against fraud, deception and unsafe practices in the distribution, handling and use of these products. Ensures that quality processes are maintained and that the company is compliant with all federal and state laws on all products distributed. Will interface with Operations, Purchasing, Credit and Sales and Marketing to help resolve regulatory issues and represent regulatory affairs strategies, policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance. Responsible for communicating with both internal and external customers. The Regulatory and Quality Affairs Analyst II will work in cross-functional teams and support regulatory strategies in meetings.
