As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in the Sales Organization. In collaboration with your assigned sales team, you will identify, qualify, and grow customer opportunities. The primary objective of your role will be to identify and build a high quality pipeline for our field sellers so that they can ultimately meet or exceed their business goals and expand the product portfolio within their accounts. In the BDR role, you will gain a deep understanding of how our solutions solve problems related to digital transformation for our customers.

Generate demand with prospective and existing customers within the Financial Services Industry in France via Google Meet (video conferencing) and phone to identify, qualify, and cultivate opportunities.
Learn and implement solution strategies mapping Google Cloud solutions against customer’s business imperatives particularly as it relates to digital transformation.
Establish collaborative cross-functional relationships, especially with the French Field Sales Representative team, additionally with peers, Sales, Customer Engineering, Channel Partners, Marketing, and other key roles to drive results.
Maintain the business opportunity hygiene with timely and accurate updates on opportunities driven by the business development representatives in the Google Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
Deliver on quarterly metrics: pipeline creation and pipeline qualification.
