Recruiter will utilize a consultative and strategic approach to support full cycle recruiting for production roles (Welding, Assemblers, Painters, etc). Will execute recruiting processes while providing an excellent candidate experience driving our brand as an employer of choice. RESPONSIBILTIES Provide full cycle recruiting services including intake call, candidate sourcing, candidate screening, coordinating interviews and offer process through onboarding management and status communication with candidates and hiring managers. Ensure policies, processes and legal requirements comply with local labor laws and company standards. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Experience with ATS system, ideally Workday Recruit Minimum of two years of related work experience (preferably recruiting for hourly, production positions) The Company is an equal opportunity employer and makes employment decisions on the basis of merit and business needs.
