How will you make an impact in this role?

The Insurance Acquisition Manager will be responsible for driving continuous growth across all sales channels including digital, outbound, cross-sell, and face-to-face.

Position will be focused on defining the strategy for all channels and with special focus in increase digital acquisition share, define, execute and develop new opportunities on paid digital platforms, affiliates, referrals, etc.

Position will define different strategies to reach and exceed goals in all channels, manage daily basis execution and tactics, produce necessary reports and decks to senior management.

Position will collaborate with brand and marketing teams to define communication strategy in digital and assets to support rest of channels.

Position will also manage external agencies collaborate with cross-functional teams and in charge of controlling budget investments for all channels.

Typical activities will include the definition of the media plan, stategy for telemarketing channels, channel performance, key performance indicator reporting & decks creation, channel & funnel efficiencies, ensure monthly A/B testing, follow up with telemarketing & internal teams, identify measures of success.

Qualifications

  • University degree in business administration, engineering or similar careers.

- Proven experience & knowledge in digital marketing, digital acquisition, effective marketing programs focus on SEO paid marketing and full e-commerce funnel. Relevant work experience in high-growth digital environments.

  • Strong analytical skills, problem solving and strategic thinking. At least 3 years experience in digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Display, E-mail, Analytics, Performance Marketing, etc) and a proven track record implementing digital acquisition strategies.

- Strong ability to drive results and winning strategies; not afraid to challenge the status quo Strong cross-functional partnership is required, including closely working with internal and external partners, media agency, Marketing, Brand, Products Teams, Finance, Legal & Compliance, among others.

  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills, fluent English & Spanish and presentation skills.

  • Results-oriented, agile, flexible and proactive skills.

  • Ability to work across matrix structure, inspire, influence and work with partners.
