Kelly Services Assembly Worker in Dexter, Michigan
*1. Proper set-up of painting equipment; i.e. perform titration measurements on wash tanks,
inspect spray guns and replace worn parts, perform color changes ¿ ¿reclaim¿ and
¿spray to waste¿, prepare conveyor for parts hanging, perform and fill out daily checklists.
*2. Prepare parts for proper paint application; includes masking, scotchbrite/DA parts,
*3. Load and unload parts from the conveyor line using proper methods and checking for
a quality paint finish.
*4. Apply primers, liquid and powder paints to manufacturer specifications.
*5. Follows instructions given by Group Leader and Paint Technicians.
*6. Ability to trouble-shoot spray booths for problems.
*7. Understand and follow procedures dealing with parts flow and associated paperwork.
*8. Perform ¿Statistical Process Control¿ (SPC) in absence of Group Leader.
*9. Perform all housekeeping duties.
*10. Follow company safety practices and procedures to provide a safe work environment for all employees.
*11. Perform all other duties, as required, to meet customer and company quality and productivity needs.
