Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. As a smaller, specialized hospital, we offer an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and friendly work environment where you really get to know your patients and their families./divdiv/divdivdivspanspanThe Market Director of Human Resources directs human resources efforts of assigned facilities to ensure performance and organizational excellence, adherence with all regulatory, compliance and legal human resources issues, and promote an environment of respect for all employees, patients and visitors. Works closely with the assigned facility management team to develop and implement effective human resource strategies and programs, including organizational development, training, performance management and compensation. Leads recruitment, benefit administration, employee relations, employment counseling, and other related human resources functions. Actively participates in achieving companywide goals and works in close collaboration with assigned Divisional Director of Human Resources./span/span/divdiv/divdivdivdivdivspanQualifications:/span/divdivdivdivdivullispanspanBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field required./span/span/lilispanspanMinimum five (5) years of previous human resources experience at a manager level required./span/span/lilispanspanCurrent, valid, and active driver's license required./span/span/li/ul/div/div/divdivspanAdditional Qualifications/Skills:/span/divdivdivdivdivdivullispanspanPrevious experience working for a hospital or healthcare company preferred./span/span/lilispanspanMulti-site experience preferred./span/span/lilispanspanKnowledge of the Joint Commission, CARF, state and federal regulations relating to human resources preferred./span/span/lilispanspanDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confiden
