Manager, Commercial Deal Strategy - CSP (000025WD)brbr buPOSITION SUMMARY:/u/bbrdiv div This role serves as an interface between assigned sales team and key internal departments, facilitating consistent high-quality engagement and processes execution that meets internal policy and service level expectations and enhances the overall customer experience. This role serves as a critical linkage in the end-to-end commercial workflow; owning key steps in communication, coordination, prioritization, process cadence, issue resolution, performance management, initiative execution, and results delivery. The position is essential to meeting and exceeding desired levels of sales effectiveness; providing bandwidth for higher level consultative customer engagements centered on enabling sustained customer growth and satisfaction. /divbr/divdivu /udivbuPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:/u/b/divbr div 1.Partners with assigned sales team to ensure timely and effective customer management.br2.Maintains and monitors Regional customer portfolio and new business pipeline, highlighting and coordinating upcoming renewal and proposal workload.br3.Collaborates with Sales on renewal and new business opportunities for assigned customers and prospects; aligning on strategy, approach and deal structure. br4.Facilitates communication and process cadence with Sales and internal stakeholders on deal modeling, approvals, and contracting in alignment with defined service level agreements.br5.Ensures coordination and timely information flow required to expedite new customer on-boarding and contract implementation; ensuring best-in-class customer experience and optimal purchasing ramp-up.br6.Partners with Sales, as needed, to execute on identified customer/contract performance management initiatives.br7.May assist with the developing customer QBR-related information for assigned customer portfolio br8.Assists, as needed, in customer-related issue resolution routing associated with items like AR, credit and rebill, etc.br9.Serves as contact point between CSRA and field sales to ensure that all required documents are received and maintained. br10.Periodically supports Field Sales with other initiatives, such as ThoughtSpot, as necessary.br11.Routinely updates Leadership with progress on initiatives.br12.Must be willing to travel to events such as conferences, training, national and regional sales meetings as required. br13.Performs related duties as assigned/div/divbrQualificationspdivbuEXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:/u/b/divbr div Requires broad training in fields such as Sales, business administration, accountancy, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree; requires seven plus (7 ) years of directly related and progressively responsible experience. /divbrdiv divbuMINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:/u/b/divbr div 1.Superior organizational skills; strong attention to detailbr2.Excellent time management, with demonstrated follow-up and follow-through skillsbr3.Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingbr4.Effective interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain collaborative working and business relationshipsbr5.Sound decision-making and problem resolution skills.br6.Strong analytical, financial and mathematical skills preferred.br7.Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and creatively in order to improve customer satisfaction.br8.Familiarity with ABC products,
