Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven history of driving growth and performance with an Appraisal Management Company

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in management and administration

  • 5 years of experience in achieving organizational strategy

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Expertise in the Settlement Services Industry

  • Demonstrated ability with Valuation Software, including regulatory standards and analytics

Job Summary

The Executive Vice President of Appraisal Management is responsible for the strategic management and coordination of the organization's main operations. This leader specifically oversees the business areas that perform direct revenue-generating responsibilities.


  • Oversee and evaluate the core operational performance for the organization

  • Direct the preparation of operating budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in infrastructure, technology, or other assets and resources

  • Analyze and approve operational investments that best meet the organization's business needs

  • Examine operations to evaluate performance of the company in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change

  • Establish and implement strategies that impact business results in alignment with organization objectives

  • Develop plans and oversee execution for optimizing the organization, business areas, or teams related to direct revenue-generation

  • Lead, guide and evaluate the work of the team while driving business results

  • Work with the executive team to drive culture, values, and mission
