Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.

The Supply Chain and Third Party Center of Excellence (COE) provides service delivery to all Wells Fargo lines of business and staff areas across all aspects of third party engagement including: third party risk management, strategic sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, and supplier diversity. The Supply Chain and Third Party COE teams provide:

  • Compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Effective third party expense and risk management

  • Comprehensive understanding and coverage of all third parties

  • Effective due diligence at engagement level (pre-contract)

  • Ongoing controls, monitoring, and testing (post-contract)

The Third Party (TP) COE Control & Assurance team is a centralized and standardized self-assurance program (e.g. Quality Assurance and Monitoring) focusing on TP COE execution of the Third Party Risk Management Program requirements. This position within the TP COE Control & Assurance team will serve as the Control and Assurance data custodian for use in TP COE C&A reporting materials.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage data from various TP data owners and ensure data is properly stored and maintained in a well-organized manner on network file shares or SharePoint document libraries.

  • Manage access to TP COE Control and Assurance report materials on SharePoint document libraries.

  • Perform data analysis on report results utilizing Microsoft excel or other analytical methods to identify trends, themes or other indicators to assess TP program effectiveness.

  • Create reports in Microsoft Powerpoint for weekly/monthly report packages that are prepared for Supplier Management, GTPOs, Business Owners, Control Executive and other TP stakeholders.

  • Identify methods to automate data reporting capabilities, exploring the use of Tableau or other reporting mechanisms.

  • Coordinate with team members to understand and respond to changes to the TP program which may result in changes to reporting packages.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in compliance, operational risk management (includes audit, legal, credit risk, market risk, or the management of a process or business with accountability for compliance or operational risk), or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: additional compliance, additional operational risk management, IT systems security, business process management or financial services industry experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher in business or a related field

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to interact with all levels of an organization

  • SharePoint experience

  • Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargos Third Party Information Management Systems (TRIMS) database

  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
