Aerotek Loan Document Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa
This position has variety to the role, however there is extensive phone work.
This position will responsible for ordering and following up on vendor product orders as needed primarily by email and some phone.
Phone experience required.
Will be ordering and following up on homeowners insurance,
Title work and other vendor products by phone, email and fax.
Will need to adhere to quality and production standards.
Will work to move loans through the origination process by following up and ordering documents which might include, titles, insurance documentation, credit bureau transcripts, social security documents, credit documents, bank pay offs, etc
There will be no communication with customers but rather all internal or with other financial agencies/business partners that WF needs additional customer information from to close the loan.
Data Entry, Customer Service, Finance, Process, Phone Communication, office, Administrative Assistance, Loan processing
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
6+ months in an office environment (banking or mortgage experience is a strong plus but not required) From Beeline:
6+ months of administrative experience, customers/people interaction experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience.
Basic Microsoft Office skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
HS Diploma (higher education is a plus - BA or AA)
