Job Description Summary

CLEAResult is seeking an Administrative Assistant to serve as a key role in providing administrative support and information between CLEAResult staff, clients, customers, and contractors.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for multiple tasks associated with administrative support, which include but are not limited to:

Job Description

  • Answering customer phone calls and provide 1st tier troubleshooting support as needed

  • Scheduling appointments for energy assessments

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience

  • Performing additional administrative tasks as needed

  • Bilingual preferred


High School Diploma or Equivalent is required

1-2 years of previous administrative support experience required

Minimum of one year previous experience using Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required
