We'reproud of our team and the important work we do to build confidence for a morecWho we are looking for:Optiv Solutions Marketing is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to own thego-to-market strategy and messaging development of Optiv services inpartnership with services practice leadership. He or she will be supportingthe market opportunity and targeting at the beginning stages of ideationthrough the development of the marketing strategy. He or she will beaccountable for working and collaborating with a cross-functional team todevelop a marketing and content plan and manage to ensure it is flawlesslyexecuted. Part of that process will ensure all stakeholders have a clear ideaof the market, business problem, and how the service is differentiated inthe market. The role must have a technical understanding with a marketingproficiency in the areas of go-to-market strategy and planning covering thelaunch of new products and evaluating new sales opportunities for an existingproduct. He or she must be organized, collaborative, and flexible to workin a fast-paced environment.How you'll make an impact* The Solutions Marketing Manager will work with various departments withinOptiv to define and position security services and solutions. A typical daywould involve the following:* Own the go-to-market marketing strategy in working with the productmanagement and technical stakeholders on the best positioning of Optivservices* Analysis of marketing opportunity, ability to identify marketing targetsand sub-targets and competitive analysis* Ownership and development of marketing core content including, but notlimited to: Sales pitch decks, whitepapers, messaging briefingdocuments, battle cards, blogs and collateral.* Understanding the information security landscape and the domain of offeringsthat are currently offered, what should be offered, the featuresprovided, advantages to the client, and benefits that are addressed.* Accountable to manage a cross-functional team across marketing and productmanagement to ensure a service campaign has everything required from knowledgetransfer, analysis, marketing plan, content creation management,execution, and measurement* Collaborating with corporate brand and public relations departments for thepromotion of solutions and building the marketing plan* Collaborating with demand generation team, local marketing, productmanagement, sales enablement, digital marketing, etc.* Manage multiple programs and juggle various stages of the launch plan aswell as ongoing service offering content support* Maintain a dashboard on performance and key learnings to make future andcurrent launches betterQualifications for success:* 8+ years experience in any combination of: product marketing,go-to-market strategy, and/or product management in a technology fieldwith cyber security being the area preferred* Must have Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree* Demonstrated ownership of marketing campaigns and solutions* Demonstrated partnership with product management on bringing a service tomarket (either new or existing)* Demonstrate ability to analyze the marketing and dive in research withhigh-degree of intellectual curiosity* Experience in creating differentiate positioning* Must demonstrate ability to create a go-to-market marketing strategy andplan for execution* Work in a collabora
