Wehave our own training and onboarding program that will team you everything youneed to know about what makes our services and products great.As you begin to get more comfortable in your role, you can expect to havepersonal development meetings with your manager, where you can map out yourcareer trajectory moving forward, develop an individualized learning anddevelopment plan and get the insight of some incredibly successfulsalespeople.RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage and enhance existing customer relationships by offering targetedsolutions to improve their businesses using a strategic, consultative salesapproach. * Successfully prospect new Allstream customers with a focus on new businessacquisition in order to achieve quota targets. * Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with keydecision-makers * Meet regularly with customers to receive feedback on Allstreams performanceand to discuss the customers business challenges * Maintain account plans for a select number of customers * Maximize revenue generation by creating and executing sales and serviceactivity plans for the customers * Ensure our customers understand our solutions and are maximizing their use. * Prepare for customer interactions by collecting and consolidatingbackground information on individuals and organizations. * Take part in sales activities including conferences, business casedevelopment, presentations, RFP processes, etc. * Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast dataESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must have 8+ years of experience in B2B solution selling. * Knowledge of or experience in selling Unified Communications (UCaaS),SIP Trunking and Telecom is a plus. * Proven and effective sales skills in all elements of the sales cycle:prospecting, development, value delivery, closing, meeting commitments * A high desire to win * An ability to identify and meet with decision makers to close businessefficiently * Highly developed selling, customer relations, negotiating skills * Has great degree of motivation and professionalism, high energy, ethicsand excellent business judgment * Ability to deliver on growth and profitability * Ability to take initiative and work independently * Ability to manage deadlines and balance prioritiesPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * Demonstrated success managing both short and long-term selling cycles whileeffectively and consistently applying a multi-step selling process/methodology * Evidence of selling and effectively managing customer relationships
