Dungarvin Program Director in Denver, Colorado

  • Monitoring Host Home Providers and assuring all services and supports are coordinated * Facilitate Interdisciplinary Teams * Physical Site Monitoring ( May consider virtual monitoring on a temporary basis) * Rotation 24 hour on call status * Opportunity to train Providers and Staff * Salaried, Exempt position * Bachelor's Degree in the social or behavioral sciences. If an individual has a Bachelor's degree in a non-related field, must have at least two (2) years experience supervised by an individual with a Master of Social Work or other Master's degree in the social or behavioral sciences * Experience in developing and implementing individual programs * Must have supervisory experience * Must have good decision-making, time management and communication skills * Must be responsible, mature and flexible * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record * Current auto-liability insurance * Reliable transportation * Acceptable criminal record * Experience serving persons with Developmental Disabilities is a PLUS * $49,430/annually * Flexible schedules * 401(k) plan available * Paid time off * Mileage reimbursement * Paid training * Group insurance benefits including medical, dental and vision All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
