Life Time Member Services Lead Associate in Denver, Colorado

Position SummaryDelivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guest throughprofessional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge ofLife Time products and services. Anticipates member needs and interests andrecommends programs, products and services appropriately.Helps maximizemember retention by connecting each member to the right people, places andprograms.Coaches Team Members to proactively meet the needs of members andguests through accurately answering questions. At times, will assist withMember cancellation requests and other various membership changes.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreets and admits members in a friendly and professional manner into the clubby scanning their membership cards or phone and identify flags upon checkresulting in member communication and proactive build relationships withmembersGreets guests and determine the appropriate guest type utilizing theelectronic guest register SOPContacts members via phone, email and in-club conversations, buildingrelationships and engaging members within their areas of interest bydeveloping positive relationships, responding to member needs, andrecommending programs, products and services appropriatelyExpert in account maintenance with the ability to response and process membersneeds and requests including program, service and product payments,monthly dues and drawer reconcilationAssists with supervising and assessing team members providing constructivefeedback and helping them develop excellent customer service and promotionalskillsFunctions as a player on the Certified Retention Team and completes membershipchanges as neededPosition RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 1 year customer service experienceAbility to stand for minimum for 4 hours at a timeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to proficiently use a computerBasic mathematical skills requiredAbility to multitask and learn quicklyPreferred RequirementsExtensive knowledge of all club activities and promotionsExcellent customer service and promotional skillsAbility to resolve conflict in a professional and tactful mannerAbility to build relationships with membersPayThis is an hourly position with wages starting at $12.32 and pays up to$16.12, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAll team members receive the following benefits while working for Life Time:A fully subsidized membershipDiscounts on Life Time products and servicesRetirement savings plan with company match (21 years of age and older)Training and professional developmentPaid sick leave where required by lawFull-time Team Members are eligible for additional benefits, including:Medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverageShort term and long term disability insuranceLife insurancePre-tax flexible spending and dependent care plansMaternity leave and adoption assistancePaid time off, including vacation and paid sick leave
