Inside Sales Representative - Foodservice & ManufacturingYour role:As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growingaccounts in your territory with products from Core Flour, Specialtygrains, and future portfolios to achieve sales goals. Youwilllisten, learn, and serve your team and Customers.Youwillwork with your Sales Director to deliver superior business resultswhile embracing a mindset of change resiliency, showcasing learningagility, and challenging yourself to do better.Above all you will be expected to carry out all your activities withreliability, integrity, compliance and in a safe, environmentallyresponsible, and efficient manner.Your responsibilities:50% Customer Facing Sales Activities35% Non-Customer Facing Sales Activities15% Internal Non-Sales ActivitiesProspect & QualifyEngage customer account stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growthacross products and services;Work with Sales Leadership to appropriately prioritize time and effortallocation among accounts to optimize business outcomesWork closely with the Marketing team to optimize commercial promotionaleffortsParticipate in meetings with Sales Leadership and team to prioritizeaccounts, identify account growth opportunities, forecast accountgrowth, and discuss other methods to achieve sales and business objectivesIdentify Key Decision Influencers & Define NeedsResearch Customer prospects in advance of initial connections to gain anunderstanding of their business, product lines, and end Customers todevelop recommendations on how to meet their needs in alignment to ArdentMills SolutionsIn partnership with the customer, identify key decision makers andinfluencers, build strong relationships with them, and engage in fruitfuldiscussions to understand the needs and priorities of the accountEnable connections between customer decision influencers and internal ArdentMills counterparts where needed (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain, RQT,Operations, Annex)After securing the sale, maintain coordination of activities, continuallyrefresh awareness of Customer needs and changes to decision-makers andinfluencDesign Tailored Solutions & Articulate Value PropositionsIdentify viable solutions from the Ardent Mills product portfolio to includeoptions that meet Customer needs and preferencesAlign internal products, services, and solutions that achieve strategicand financial objectivesDefine and communicate relevant value propositions in a way that details thebenefits of partnering with Ardent Mills and differentiates us from ourcompetitorsDeliver Proposals & Reach Mutually Beneficial AgreementsCreate and deliver proposals, including pricing, that reflect Ardent Millsidentified solutions and differentiated valueConduct negotiations for mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining andgrowing strategic partnerships; leverage legal team to manage supplyagreement and contract execution processesSet Up Contracts & Onboard CustomersEnsure accurate set-up and communication of Customer contracts specificationsto all relevant internal teams (supply chain, mills, etc.)Execute the customer or account onboarding process, through clear and timelycommunication with both internal and Customer stakeholdersFulfill Orders, Provide Service, & Collect PaymentsSupport Customer Service, when needed to confirm order, facilitate paymentand ensure satisfactionEnsure...
