Sincewe are securely backed by some of the savviest investors in the industry,you get the security of an established organization but at the same time getto experience the agility and autonomy of a smaller company.This role can be located ANYWHERE in the US!The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for performing a wide rangeof activities related to the project management and implementation of FireMonproducts and services.The role serves as a key partner and primary point of contact to customers;with ownership and accountability for ensuring our solutions deliver value tothe customer on or ahead of schedule. Tactically, the PM owns ProfessionalServices Delivery Projects and oversight of the customer journey inclusive ofSales Hand off, Services Engagement, and Services Hand off to effectivelyengage customers, successfully implement their solutions, and positionthem for ongoing success and support following implementation.The successful candidate will have a background in consulting or professionalservices, experience with SaaS delivery and project management, accountand program management, extensive experience managing software developmentprojects, and experience managing matrixes project teams. The candidate musthave an ability to lead technical teams and provide leadership in resolvingtechnical issues.What you'll do:Build relationships at all levels of the customer to understand needs anddrive time to value.Successfully manage simultaneous global projects for multiple customersensuring timely implementations in accordance with best practices,policies, procedures, and prescribed implementation methodology includinguse cases adoption, project risks are mitigated with a collaborative teamapproach and that client satisfaction remains at the forefront of all efforts.Plan, document and execute all phases of the project life cycle includingleveraging expertise in various project management functional areasincluding: Scope Management, Requirements Management, TimelineManagement, Risk/Issue management, Communications Management, Priority& Dependency Management, and the coordination of resources.Promote change, continuous process improvement, and best practice adoptionwithin both the business and technical team members.Provide consistent and comprehensive updates to project stakeholders,including (at a minimum) to-date cost analysis, issue and resolutiontracking, and communication with business lines and technology management.Partner with internal teams (development, product management, sales,support, and technical engineering) to overcome risks and drive Time toValue of our customers for standard use cases.Required Skills and Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, otherrelated technical field, or equivalent experience4 or more years project management experience with a proven record ofaccomplishment of successfully delivering projects to seniorexecutives/sponsors for Fortune 500 customers; experience working on andmanaging enterprise scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects orequivalent experienceDemonstrable flexibility and the ability to execute effectively in afast-paced environment with competing priorities.Str
