HRIS Analyst (Job ID: 3799)Job SummaryUnder general supervision, this position is responsible for coordinating HRinformation systems, including: data entry, HRIS reporting, and systemsupport. This role provides ongoing systems support to the HR team and leadersacross the organization and is responsible for data accuracy, problemsolving, reporting, data analysis, and auditing. Runs ad hoc reports,builds databases to retrieve information from the application, and maintainsassigned applications. Prepares detailed specifications from which programswill be written, or documentation and trouble-shooting information for useand support of vendor-supplied applications.ResponsibilitiesKnowledge, Skills and AbilitiesEducation and Experience 1. Associates Degree in Computer Science,Information Systems, Business or Healthcare Related field required. 2. Oneyear experience in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) required. 3.In Lieu of Associate's degree, four years Human Resources InformationSystems (HRIS) required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1.Demonstrated data analytics and reporting capabilities. 2. Willingness towork in a highly collaborative team environment. 3. Ability to prioritizeworkload effectively to complete tasks within the time frames delegated. 4.Ability to understand workflows and process requirements. 5. Understandsbusiness function related to the application. 6. Ability to communicateorally and in writing with both technical and non-technical employees acrossthe organization. 7. Ability to program and perform system testing. 8.Learn all phases of applications system support and maintenance. 9. Knowledgeand understanding of Payroll, Benefits, and HR functions, procedures,and requirements. 10. Maintains a high degree of accuracy andconfidentiality/data security. Computers and Technology 1. HRIS supportexperience required, Lawson or Infor experience preferred. 2. Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, Word, Access, Project, and Visio required.3.
