HealthPro Pediatrics offers an innovative approach to optimize function and quality of life in children through clinic-based outpatient therapy & ABA wellness services. Our proven, evidence-based interventions help individuals regain function and more fully participate in life. We are growing and welcome candidates to join our Professional Services team as a Director of Partnerships in our Denver, CO market. Base salary range will be $50,000-$60,000 per year.
POSITION SUMMARY: The HealthPro Pediatrics, Director of Partnerships is responsible for market analysis and planning, securing and providing clinical education to referral sources (outlined below) and developing partnerships with payers, ACOs, and other market influencers with the goal of acquiring patients for our practice within an assigned geographic market. He/she is also responsible for providing new business start-up coordination and supporting related marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, high energy individual who thrives in a competitive team environment. Ideally, he/she has previous healthcare sales experience and existing relationships in market. This is a salaried position with a commission structure and a full benefit package to include health benefits, paid time off, and 401k.
Assumes responsibility for securing referral sources and preferred partnerships with physician groups and other community-based referral sources (pediatrics groups, for example, The Autism Society).
Generates new business leads through cold calls, marketing analysis/targeting key accounts and trade show.
Maintains positive public relations through professional association membership, association committee membership and trade shows.
Proficiently utilizes CRM/database to facilitate contact management & forecasting; provides formal monthly partnership reports for LiveWell senior leadership team.
Leads LiveWell clinical & operational teams in development and implementation of marketing plans to achieve budgeted growth. This includes tracking progress towards referral objectives and constantly developing strategies to expand business in market.
Assists HealthPro Pediatrics Operations by overseeing network development and strategic alliances to establish a post-acute continuum.
Travel to areas that are under-performing to analyze gaps in operations, sales or clinical and work collaboratively to ensure processes for success are put in place.
2-5 years' experience in business to business sales, preferably healthcare
Reliable means of transportation
Must be motivated with outstanding enthusiasm, energy, and interpersonal skills
