Providing the UNPARALLELED student experience at the University of Colorado Denver I Anschutz Medical Campus allows us to reimagine the structure of our student business services operations. Our Student Enrollment Operations & Compliance area combines the resources of the Registrar, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Admissions Operations, Digital Strategies and Communications, and a new One-Stop concept. This new approach to student business services operations provides our growing team with the opportunity to think outside the box and work collaboratively to create a service model that enhances the quality of our student interactions. To assist us with facilitating this work, we are seeking a Director of Registrar Services.

Senior Professionals are responsible for exercising discretion, analytical skill, personal accountability and responsibility in a wide range of areas including academic, administrative, managerial and student services functions. Work involves creating, integrating, applying and sharing knowledge directly related to a professional field. Work is performed fully independently.

_Position Emphasis:_

This role is crucial for supporting business process development within the Student Enrollment Operations and Compliance units that include Undergraduate Admissions Operations, Financial Aid and Scholarships, and the Office of the Registrar at both the Denver and Anschutz Medical Campuses, Digital Strategies and Communications and Integrated Enrollment Services. Work within this role will include, but is not be limited to, eliciting functional and/or technical requirements,performing in-depth business analysis, evaluating key processes and determining best applications of IT services and systems for better automation,analyzing functional and/or technical processes, providing technical support and guidance, and facilitating problem identification and solutions. Specifically, this role is independently researches, designs, develops, tests, and implements document management solutions and workflows within systems such as OnBase, DocuSign, or other related technologies. In order to meet each unique customer’s needs, this role may be involved in tweaking current technology, implementing of new technology, overseeing security access roles for the technology, and researching new technological solutions, as well as seeing each project through to implementation. This position may also be required to provide other types of technological support to assist in our mission of helping students enroll and succeed.

PLEASENOTE: Candidates will be responsible for travel expenses related to the interview process and any relocation expenses, if applicable.

_Salary and Benefits:_

The salary range for this position has been established at $58,793 to $ 65,000 and is commensurate with skills and experience.

_Minimum Qualifications: _

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, management/computer information systems, computer engineering, information technology, or a directly related field from an accredited institution.

  • Two (2) years of professional level experience to include business process design and implementation and/or providing technological support for process design and implementation.

Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree on a year for year basis, but not for the specific experience.

_Preferred Qualifications_:

  • Experience developing in OnBase

  • OnBase certifications:

o OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)

o OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)

  • DocuSign system administration experience including working with Templates and PowerForms.

  • Experience documenting solutions for both technical and functional audiences.

  • Experience troubleshooting complex issues.
