Gensler Designer - Mid Level - Workplace Interiors in Denver, Colorado

Your RoleGensler Denver is seeking an aspiring mid-level design professional(Interiors) to join a team of like-minded professionals who are alsopassionate about making an impact through design and creating memorable designexperiences. As a member of this team you will be asked to collaborate withsenior designers and participate in all phases of the project. Project typesinclude workplace for professional services firms, financial servicefirms, technology companies, and government sectors. If you aspire to developingyour design point of view and building a career based on design excellence,we're excited to have you join our team.What You Will DoWork in a team environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams onvarying project typesParticipate in all project phases: project strategy, space planning,conceptual design, schematic design, design development, consultantcoordination, construction documents, and construction administrationParticipate in the selection and presentation of furniture, furnituresystems, material palettes, light fixtures, and equipmentProduce graphic presentations, including 3D renderings, for clientpresentationsContribute to the preparation of construction documents, including plans,elevations, details, and specificationGenerate finish plans, specifications, and material selectionsEstablish relationships with local vendors and develop an understanding ofproduct offeringsCollaborate with consultants, contractors, product representatives,fabricators, and other vendors to achieve project objectivesClearly communicate your design ideas to the project teamParticipate and contribute to office and firm cultureYour QualificationsBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldfrom an accredited school3-5 years of post-graduate interior design experience requiredExperience with workplace projectsStrong communication skillsProficient in RevitStrong conceptual thinkerClose attention to detail and technical abilitiesPassion for and experience implementing sustainable practices on projectsExperience with 3D modeling and visualization software such as Enscape orVrayProficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator,InDesign)Strong graphic and visualization skills to effectively communicate designideasKnowledge of furniture, finishes, and specificationsSelf-motivated, eager to learn and can work on multiple projects at oncePosition is located in Denver, ColoradoFor consideration, please submit resume and work samples.
