Dental Practice Manager- Webb Pediatric Clinic (Job ID: 4067)Job SummaryReporting to the Administrative Director of the Department of Medicine, thePractice Manger for Occupational Health (COSH) will be responsible for thestrategic, financial, operational and business development of theDepartment of Medicine. Strategically leads and assesses community, marketand population mission needs, and promotes business expansion through newprograms, and serves as the leader liaison and partner with externalbusinesses and governmental entities.This Practice Manager will be responsible for developing short and long-termstrategy, including innovative business development. This role will leadcritical internal and community partnerships in addition to day-to-dayprovider and staffing operations within the Occupational Health Clinics. Thisrole will also participate in all other projects and initiatives within thebroader Department of Medicine portfolio of diverse service lines as assignedby the Administrative Director and the Director of Service, Department ofMedicine.Under minimal supervision, assists the Clinical Team Leader with specifiedadministrative duties to include performance management, financial,statistical, billing compliance, and quality control programadministration. Knowledgeable and able to be compliant with Joint Commissionregulatory standards. Ability to foster and promotes teamwork and cooperationamong all team members to optimize patient flow and customer service.Demonstrate leadership initiative by offering expertise in special projects,new clinics, programs, collaborations, department reports, and LEANinitiatives. Knowledge of OAP, Medicare Select, Choice, Premier, DFAPand Medicaid coverage. Knowledge of registration process, scheduling, feeschedResponsibilities1.Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.2.Highly skilled in budget preparation/financial analysis, decision makingregarding appropriateness of care review, assist with research designplanning, and analyzing and generating quality improvement reports.3.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other internaland external team members to ensure timelines are met.4.Ability to act as a resource to staff for operational and administrativequestions.5.Able to effectively recruit, develop, and retain staff.6.Knowledge of personnel management, management of budgets, strategicplanning involving collaboration with outside agencies or business entities.7.Ability to communicate and maintain effective working relationships withmedical staff, administration, and other departments.8.Knowledge and problem solving process.9.Extraordinary emotional intelligence and quotient, professionalcommunications, interpersonal skills and ability to build genuine trustrelationships throughout the organization and beyond.10.Able to lead, manage, advise, mentor, direct and evaluate employeeswith grace, fairness and accountability.11.Requires strong organizational skills to set priorities and ability to workwith high degree of accuracy and attention to details while responding totight deadlines and multiple priorities and demands.12.Exceptionally strong knowledge, experience, passion, understandingand acumen for Toyota Production System philosophy, culture change,data-driven decision-making and leadership management system.1.Coaches, councils, disciplines and follows up with employees regardingperformance and behavior in a timely, consistent and fair manner incollaboration with the Dental Leadership.2.Initiates and takes the lead in department projects, collaborations andpartnerships.3.Manages clinic disruptions and patient complaints in collaboration with theDental Leadership.4.Attends program manager meeting, leadership meetings, front endoperations meetings, building meetings, department meetings and informsstaff changes/ updates using effective communication.5.Maintainsacompetencybasedprogramforpersonnelbyappropriatehiringpractices,integration, orien
