We will look to you to manage account/user lifecycle management and account/user master data to ensure compliance with IT general controls, policies and procedures. You will support internal and external audit by providing IAM evidence in cooperation with IT and business owners. You’ll escalate audit issues and communicate audit status in a timely manner as well as lead policy compliance with user access activities resulting in a well-controlled environment. You will develop and implement improvements to control and update processes based on findings and work proactively with internal and external auditors to identify improvement opportunities. You will serve as an IAM subject matter expert for projects to ensure access management is implemented appropriately and ongoing support needs are addressed.
For this role, you will have a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field and 8+ years of experience in Information Technology with a primary focus on operations. You will have 3+ years of prior IT Audit experience. You’ll need to have knowledge of Information Security principles such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework and basics of Information Security policy, techniques and implications across computing platforms. You will have IAM relevant technical security skills for identity governance, access management, privileged access management, user provisioning/deprovisioning, multi-factor authentication and single sign-on. You will need working knowledge of SQL and LDAP with the ability to identify, fix and delegate issues.
