DH Pace Area Support Specialist - PROCE06895 in Denver, Colorado

DH Pace Company is seeking to hire an Area Support Specialistin Denver,CO! You will be responsible for performing a combination of programadministration and compliance functions related to the company's employeedevelopment initiatives, operational and administrative policies,procedures, and processes. You must be available to travel up to 65% ofthe time, to satellite locations in the West region, as well as to otherregions as required.A typical day may look like:Review and follow up on audit findings, recommend training as needed.Develop additional compliance topics to improve over-all performance.Act as the Audit point person responsible for developing Remediation Tasklist, ensuring meetings are held, tasks are completed and are effective.Ensure consistency within all offices (size dependent) in the District,Region and Area.Monitor COD/Problems, Credit Request, Contract tracking, Webinvoicing, Commission plans audit (by spot auditing reports, fullyauditing compliance on payment, sign off and approval process including areview of reductions for draws) Tool deducts, Concur---to ensure they arebeingIdentify and propose potential Process Improvement projects.In conjunction with Local Market Managers and Corporate Training Department,assist with developing Training Plans for all positionsDevelop a new hire checklist which includes ensuring the employee has allnecessary equipment, required software and supplies on their date of hire.Assist Team Impact and others with coordinating employee events, communityoutreach, team building eventsCoordinate with Training Department on LMS training opportunities-haveoff-the-shelf ready training plan for each new employeeParticipate in the project to update/clean-up/refresh SOPsBe available to travel up to 65% of the time, within the Area toSatellites as well as to other Areas (Regions) as requiredOther duties may be assignedQualifications:Bachelors degree and a minimum of three (3) years of relatedexperience/training,and process improvementrequired OR an equivalentcombination of education and experienceProficiency in MS officeExcellent time management skills, ability to multi-task, and prioritize workMust have a valid drivers licenseWhy you should consider DH Pace?DH Pace Company is a distribution, construction and service organizationoffering a complete range of door and door related products through over 50locations in24 states.The company is privately held and family operated forover 90 years, with company-wide sales in 2020 over $700M.Our mission is to enhance the communities we serve by improving the safety,convenience, and aesthetics of the buildings where we live, work, andplay.
