The SCA EDI Enrollment Specialist-Sen is responsible for completing received EDI Enrollment applications. Analyzes data and defines business requirements and translates into system requirements and plans.
Essential duties to include, but are not limited to:
Provides support for all aspects of electronic commerce such as electronic claims submission, electronic remittance advice, and electronic funds transfer. Provides customer support for free software and online inquiry products.
Provides consultation to clients and develops recommendation to resolve operations issues related to EDI, error reports, billing, etc.
Works with clients regarding the implementation or connectivity related to EDI system.
Is competent to work at a complex level on most phases of EDI program implementation.
Works with Information Technology for any EDI enhancements or conversion of new accounts.
Participates in task forces and special projects.
Demonstrated ability to conduct detail research of claims, systems reports, etc.
Understanding of Network and telecommunications methodology.
Functions independently and has the competencies and knowledge to complete complex assignments.

Work location: Denison, TX or Syracuse, NY
Hour rate: Denison, TX- $ 14.96 Syracuse, NY- $13.98
Requires a H.S. diploma; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Prior experience with applicable systems required.
Previous experience in claims or customer service preferred.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and databases required.
Has the knowledge and experience to complete assignments independently.
Capable of meeting time-sensitive deadlines and multi-tasking.
Strong organization and planning skills.
Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills including professional telephone etiquette.
Experience in Electronic Data Interchange, Provider Enrollment – highly preferred.
Knowledge of Medicare systems preferred.
Knowledge of CMS (Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services) regulations and guidelines – highly preferred.
