Provides leadership, development and implementation of Emory Healthcare`s strategic marketing initiatives, in support of organizational goals and objectives. Provides strategic direction to drive results and ensure alignment with overall EHC strategies, EHC brand, major institutional objectives as well as defined marketing objectives.
Corporate director will gather and analyze data to evaluate and select appropriate strategies and tactics for patient acquisition, retention and loyalty, support organizational objectives and optimize program effectiveness (ROI).
Assigns projects, monitors workflow of direct reports and realigns as necessary.
Important to this positionÂ¿s success is the ability to integrate strategic marketing initiatives across functions, divisions and departments to ensure the strength of the marketing programs across EHCÂ¿s diverse organizational structure.
The leader should have a patient-focused/customer-first orientation that allows her/him to bring realistic external perspectives to the workplace.
A combination of business management and marketing skills with a thorough knowledge of traditional and digital strategies and tactics, and their impact on the healthcare environment is preferred.
The leader leads a team responsible for the day-to-day support and development of strategic approaches for the organization.
She/he should be comfortable promoting new ideas and emerging technology.
Education: BachelorÂ¿s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Business or related field required.
MasterÂ¿s degree in Marketing, Healthcare or Business or related field required, or significantly equivalent direct management experience in a related field
Experience: Ten years of experience in marketing or related field management experience.
Five years prior supervisory experience.
Additional Skills: Must have demonstrated leadership skills.
Skilled in coaching, team building, counseling and developing others to achieve operational objectives.
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills are required for educating and interacting with different levels of health care professionals within the organization and in order to also develop internal and external relationships.
Ability to work with other leaders and executives throughout to support organizationÂ¿s strategic goals and objectives.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
