Human Resources Assistant

Our client located in Ormond Beach, FL is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to join their growing team. Strong administrative assistant with an HR focus would be considered as well. This is a true temp to perm opportunity and full benefits will be offered once candidate goes perm with the client.


Maintain employee records

Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves

Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures

Post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes

Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications

Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining company policies

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM


Proven work experience as an HR administrative assistant or HR administrator

PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Teamwork skills






2-3 years of relevant experience in the HR industry

Bachelors degree
