Position SummarySURVICE is currently seeking an Analyst in Dayton, OH to support several Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) programs. You will focus on conducting multi-domain research and Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) leveraging analytical wargaming toolsets as well as the Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling (AFSIM). You will accelerate your career by working on several programs and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Researching platforms and concepts represented in analytical wargames to develop authoritative data sources for AFRL
Developing and implementing black box test strategies to provide face validation for critical aspects of software
Researching multi-domain survivability and integration into the AFSIM framework
Participation in analytical wargame events
Minimum QualificationsBachelors' Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or a related field and 3-5+ years of relevant experience

Strong communication and writing skills
Practical knowledge of Department of Defense (DoD) aircraft and weapon systems
Software Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A) experience
Engineering level, mission level, campaign level, wargaming M&S experience
Expertise with COMMAND: Modern Operations, Warlock, or AFSIM is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a small team environment
Demonstrated ability to lead small dynamic teams and deliver products exceeding customer expectations while managing cost and schedule
3 years of related experience, but exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered
Existing DoD Security Clearance preferred
Security Clearance Requirement
- Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance. Therefore, U.S. citizenship is required
