We hope it is your .and.ldquo;first easy decision..and.rdquo; Learn more at is currently seeking an Air Force (AF) Financial Systems Trainer and Functional Expert to join our team.This position will be located Wright Patterson AFB, OH. This position will act in support of the customer's automated financial management system, DEAMS. The successful candidate is required to have at least six years of AF Financial Management (FM) experience; specifically, familiarization with AF base level resource management processes and systems. The candidate must also be willing to travel at up to four to eight week intervals, three times per year in support of deployment training of DEAMS, and numerous times throughout the year for a week duration, to a variety of locales to include overseas locations. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to provide daily FM functional expertise to DEAMS users, and conduct classroom instruction, coordinate training requirements with end-users, instructors, and additional organizations as well as create and update training materials, to include lesson plans and handouts. It is desired that the successful candidate have some experience conducting training (instructor-led, hands-on, and web-based). This position will provide home-station, mobile, and/or webinar training and developing training materials. Additional skills and responsibilities are defined below:ResponsibilitiesAbility to utilize automated methods to create and update training materials, to include lesson plans, handouts, and othersAbility to accomplish tasks such as Help Desk ticket inquiries, scheduling and maintenance of courses, and metrics reviewMay be required to upload, test, document, and maintain Web Based Technology (WBT) based courses in support of long distance learning via Learning Management Systems (LMS)Compile edits and review documents in coordination with subject matter experts to ensure validity and accuracy of training documentation; written and computer based training modulesSupport the on-line learning environment by establishing classroom-based courses utilizing the LMS, allowing for individual course registrationUtilize LMS to schedule, track, consolidate, and provide reporting data on deployment training to Higher HeadquartersDevelop survey questions and completion certificates for students who have completed the coursePull by course reports, statistics, and class rosters via the LMS, provide all metric data to upper managementCompile system access request report information to determine and validate deployment training requirements for base usersPerform as a trainer, facilitator, or subject matter expert in support of deployment training on an as required basisQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience - six years AF FM and one year of DEAMS experiencewith AF base level resource managemen
