Develops training curriculum and performance improvement materials on products, processes, and systems through contributions and participation in a systematic development process. Collects and organizes content from various stakeholders by collaborating with intra- and inter- departmental stakeholders. Facilitates the handoff process from development to delivery. Operates as part of a team during the initiation through completion of the project.

Duties: Develops or project manages training or performance improvement materials in support of products, processes, or systems. Participates in a curriculum development process to ensure performance gaps are addressed in an analysis phase and contributes in design of a performance improvement solution. Creates and implements a short term/long term training plan by working with various stakeholders in supporting products, processes, and systems. Fosters relationships with inter- and intra-departmental stakeholders to secure resources needed for development and obtain feedback on performance improvement materials. Assists in the transition of developed materials to the group responsible for delivering the materials. Assists in marketing efforts of performance improvement materials to their intended audiences. Specific Position Requirements Will be answering dealer calls and supporting dealer reporting needs in reference to their employees’ learning development. Primarily working within client University and helping dealers to manage their dealer training activities, specifically creating and analyzing reports, some curriculum development is a possibility as well. Typically receives 3-4 calls in a given day, but will be managing a shared mailbox, responding to emails, and completing follow-up calls.

-Experience with Success Factors (client’s platform) would be beneficial, but experience with any learning management systems would be beneficial as well. -Working with a large global team, so teamwork and excellent communication skills are a must. -Business Objects experience is preferred. -Advanced user of Excel is required – experience must be clearly indicated on their resume in work history. -Candidates must have customer service experience (internal and external customers) – one year minimum (not looking for call center experience). -High school diploma with 4+ relevant experience is required. A 4-year degree would be beneficial, but not required. -No weekends.

Schedule will fall between the hours of 6am-5pm. Some OT may be necessary in the future upon manager approval.

In addition to curriculum development, this candidate will spend at least 50% of their time on creating and troubleshooting excel-based reports. These reports are monthly reports for dealers. Additional reports are also run out of business objects and potentially Tableau, so having experience with either tool would be beneficial. There is also a fair amount of conversation with dealers to understand what kind of report data needs to be pulled to support their needs therefore, customer focus and strong verbal communications skills are required.
