This is a corporate position where you will be working in an office environment. You will be providing vital support to our facilities across Massachusetts. Essex Group Management is a Family Owned and Operated Health Care Management Company running numerous skilled nursing facilities throughout Massachusetts. Their vision for senior care has enabled them to develop their Nursing Centers into some of the best Massachusetts has to offer.

Job Summary:

Assists Director of Corporate Recruiting in all relevant duties including but not limited to the following:

  • Runs CORI checks and conducts reference phone conversations for prospective candidates. We are centralizing this process and you will be key to making this happen smoothly.

  • Coordinates with Candidates, Recruiting team and Facility Staff to schedule orientation dates for new candidates joining the workforce, ensuring a smooth, speedy transition.

  • Organizes completion of all candidate pre-hire requirements.

  • Maintains a positive disposition and influence in all inter-company and external interactions. This means, smile! You represent a top notch recruiting organization within an important health care organization with a proud legacy.

  • Must have a sense of humor.

  • Must have a work hard, play hard mentality.

  • Must have a “constant process improvement” mentality. “What are we doing right? What can we improve?” These are the questions we will ask and measure every day. If you like to coast and have just a “good enough” mentality, you will not succeed in this role.

Qualifications:

  • EDUCATION: College Degree required. Ability to follow written and oral directions. Experience in sales, recruiting would be ideal.

  • TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office products. Recruiting or sales experience is ideal. Must have strong internet searching capability. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Must have tremendous attention to detail. Must follow direction. Must work well alone as well as part of a team. Must be personable.
