Technology Support Analyst
Location: Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia

The Technology Analyst is responsible to deliver services as defined in SLA and ensure faster, accurate and reliable service to end customers. Additionally, The IT Service Lead shall administer, monitor and optimize of Service Request resolution in accordance with the CIO and LTS policies/ procedures service.
Responsibilities may include:
Deliver IT Services as defined in SLA in Accenture Saudi Arabia. Ensure the Faster, Accurate and Reliable Service to the end Customer
Administration, monitoring and optimization of Service Request resolution in accordance with the CIO and LTS policies/ procedures
Create and manage location IT budget
Manage IT vendors and suppliers
Act effectively to restore services
Build IT infrastructure in new Accenture offices
Provide proactive resolution of inquiries and problems of customers regarding the current platform
Report extra services provided beyond SLA
Escalate and record all Incidents
Continued self-study to increase knowledge of Firm standard hardware, software and related components
Transfer of Technology Knowledge during Orientation Trainings
Track and maintain the Asset inventory database
Track and manage multiple projects and activities
Effectively prioritize within the scope of responsibility
Travel across Accenture offices ( Moderate)
Prompt notification of deviation to plan
Other duties as assigned.
Good knowledge on Support processes
Good knowledge on Workstation support and Microsoft products ( Office, Windows 10)
Good understanding of the Network topology & network connectivity(LAN/WAN), switching & routing and Server operations
Basic understanding of the voice systems
New infrastructure buildouts
Required Educational Qualifications:
- University degree in IT/EC.
Years of Experience :
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in IT infrastructure Service delivery.
Problem Solving Skills.
Strong Customer orientation skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to deal with stress of competing priorities and diverging interests within the same immediate time frame.
High energy level and be able to effectively work with various cross functional teams.
