Motion Recruitment Partners Social Media Marketing Specialist in Dallas, Texas

If you have a passion for social media and online engagement, Motion Recruitment is looking for a marketing professional to join our Brand team and absolutely slay when it comes to social media marketing.

Your primary focus in this role will be social media, online brand management and storytelling. The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing & managing social media content, engaging & delighting our audience digitally, and contributing to campaigns that yield high results aligned to our business goals.

As the "eyes and ears" of Motion’s social media presence, you will collaborate across departments to promote an ongoing, two-way, brand conversation with both internal and external audiences.

Motion partners with companies and organizations within the tech field, whether startup or Fortune 100, to help attract, recruit, and place our talented candidates in their open roles. You’ll get to speak to our audience of IT decision makers and technology candidates about trending topics, and you’ll keep your finger on the pulse of conversation around all thing’s tech, career and recruiting.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the social content calendar across multiple platforms

  • Daily social media management: source, create and publish daily content

  • Ensure cohesive, consistent and engaging brand messaging acrossall social platforms

  • Find customer storytelling opportunities to create and deploy as insightful content

  • Identify trends, analyze industry research & engage with customers

  • Paid + Organic Social Campaigns: Partner with Senior BrandManager to strategize and execute mini or major campaigns that drive loyalty/retention, reach new customers, and optimize conversions.

  • Suggest and employ creative tactics and online content to help hit business goals

  • Provide social media and brand consultation on a national level or executive level.

  • Partner with events marketing manager to cross promote upcoming events and content

  • Monitor and maintain social media accounts and third-party review sites and alert appropriate staff to any issues or potential sensitivities.

  • Creative Asset Development and Content Management : Createsocial media graphics and/or video + other multimedia content.

  • Own internal roll out strategy of your campaigns and overallsocial/digital initiatives

  • Leverage and engage our own employees as brand ambassadors

  • Help with personal branding of key executives, collaborating to develop great content

  • Work with our field marketing team to increase positive reviews, diversify review platforms, land on local “top” lists, etc.

  • Track and analyze program ROI and success to present results, then apply to your work

  • Conduct competitive audits to gauge social media effectiveness.

  • You have any experience in the staffing industry

  • You have some experience with graphic design and content creation

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably social-related

  • Excellent written and communication skills

  • Knowledge in Word, Power Point and Excel (Ideally the adobe

Creative suite as well)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications,

Advertising, or related field

  • Familiarity with a CMS such as Hubspot
