KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Specialist to join our KPMG Spectrum practice.
Collaborate with industry/business subject area professionals, software engineers and technical leadership as part of a dynamic, distributed and fast paced managed services team to manage day-to-day operations of cloud-based platform applications like ServiceNow
The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy the business requirements and needs of the IT organization.
Development of ITSM and custom modules in ServiceNow Platform following best development practices.
Perform configuration, integration custom programming and other hands-on technical activities in support of ServiceNow platform.
Creating technical design documents and writing test cases.
Support other developers in their work to integrate existing systems with ServiceNow.
A minimum of three year of ITSM or ServiceNow Development experience.
Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with full cycle implementation experience of ITSM (incident, problem, change). Asset, CMDB, ITOM, implementation of ITBM module
Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, Script, etc); Knowledge on GRC, SecOps, HRSM is preferred.
ServiceNow Upgrade experience.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; ITIL certification preferred
Ability to travel as necessary
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
