Overall Purpose: This inside sales position will be responsible for acquiring new sales revenue via sales leads.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: This Inside sales position will be responsible for handling all leads produced by digital sales platforms. These lead flows will include but are not limited to inbound calls, digital requests for additional information, online click to chats, and digital outbound leads. The seller will be responsible for following up on these leads within a given SLA timeframe and work to manage leads through the sales process to eventually close new revenue deals. Prepares sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required. May act as a support for field sellers efforts with their assigned accounts with no individual account ownership or as an independent seller with ownership of a geographic territory or named account list.
