The AT&T Business Digital Experience team is in need of a subject matter expert and technical leader to own the short-, medium-, and long-term roadmap for our Digital Analytics Framework used to provide Analytics instrumentation across AT&T Business digital properties. This individual will be tasked with leading strategic decision-making on the future direction of the Clickstream and tag management system in support of GM-level leadership. A subject matter expert is needed with deep working knowledge of the Adobe Launch ,Adobe Analytics , AEM, Adobe target and Adobe Data connectors. In addition, forward-looking strategic perspective on data syndication, cookie-less architecture, and other related topics is required.
It is absolutely essential that the candidate possess a demonstrated track record of success in these specific areas as this is a niche role requiring immediate delivery of results and leadership of others in the Implementation of Adobe analytics Framework on Large Enterprise Level Applications serving a wide range of Customer Types and Line of Businesses and Products that ATT has to offer. In addition to technical expertise, strategic vision and strong program management skills are critical to drive delivery of roadmap and subsequent execution plan to bring charted course to fruition. While this not a formal supervisory position, this individual will lead a team of like-minded engineers on a day-to-day basis to ensure success.
Must Haves :
Must have experience of Web Analytics Architecture Frameworks
Experience with enterprise-scale Web Analytics implementations
Has experience with browser development tools including the console, network, and sources tabs
Has experience with web redirect/rewrite rules and traffic analysis using proxy and debug tools like Charles, Fiddler, Requestly, etc.
Has experience on forming and executing a well laid down Data Strategy that supports cross channel and multi Line of Businesses and applications ecosystems .
Has experience with working knowledge of writing Data Specifications & Data Design Documentation.
Minimum required skills / domain knowledge:
Adobe Launch Implementation with Implementing Adobe Data layer , Creating SDRx , Integrating Adobe Launch with other Adobe stack like AEM, Target, Audience Manger
Adobe launch Client- and the new Server-Side Architecture Launch has to offer.
Adobe certifications preferred
