Texas Health Resources MISSION CONTROL TRANSPORTER PART TIME in Dallas, Texas
Texas Health Dallas seeks to hire a Mission Control Transporter to work part-time (24 hours) in the Internal Transport Department.

Salary range is Min. $13.00/hr to Max. $16.92/hr – based on relevant experience
This position will be rotating shifts seven days a week. Three days a week with 8 hour shifts.
Monday through Friday
7:00am - 3:30pm
7:30am - 4:00pm
Utilizes Real Time Location System (RTLS) to track equipment. Uses system to maintain par levels on units, pick up dirty equipment, track usage of beds and rental equipment.
Visualizes and tracks other rental equipment as needed. Makes sure equipment usage and other information is communicated to lead/supervisor.
Transports patient care equipment, supplies, and other applicable supporting items throughout the hospital. The purpose is to supplement the necessary movement of the patient and supplies in an efficient and effective way.
Prioritizes non-patient care moves to complement patient care moves. Works with the different units for collaboration and excellence.
Ensures service standards as defined by THD are upheld and scores well on customer satisfaction metrics such as Press Ganey, HCAHPS, and/or Internal Survey.
2.5 transports per hour
Prioritizes transports based on priority.
Documents all process (response and completion).
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications
H.S. Diploma or Equivalent Required And
Associate's Degree Preferred
6 Months Related experience Preferred or
6 Months Customer service field Preferred
Licenses and Certifications
CPR - Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation 90 Days Required
Ability to make independent decisions while maintaining tact, maturity, and a professional attitude. Excellent verbal communication. Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Knowledge of Windows/PC helpful. Proactive problem solving; good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills; time management.
