Falcon Insurance Agency-Dallas, an Acrisure partner, is one of the country?s largest aviation insurance agencies. We are excited to add to our team a full-time Customer Service Representative position with opportunity for growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and complete in-house training on agency management software (EPIC)
Assist producers and clients in acquiring applications, quotes, policies, etc.
Responsible for accurate input of client information in EPIC
Assist clients with invoicing/billing and policy inquiries
Assist with in-coming calls
Professional communications (written and verbal) with clients and co-workers
Interact with insurance underwriters regarding policy processing

Education and/or Experience:
Two years' office experience or Associates Degree, required
Current Texas P&C insurance license or willing to obtain, required
One year insurance or aviation experience, preferred
- Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word, required
High attention to detail and organization skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to work independently and as a team
Strong verbal and written communication skills
