As a Client Account Manager (CAM), you ll work with the leadersof our largest client accounts, enabling teams to deliver the best of Deloitte,strengthen relationships with our most important clients, and accelerate growthfor the Firm. With a client-first mindset, you will align with Deloitte sbusinesses to execute business priorities and expand our services footprint,help develop and deliver account strategies to address client issues, bringinsights and leading practices to accounts, and drive operational efficiencies.
How You ll Operate
You will serve as your account s chief operating officer,flexing the role you play as you deliver against account priorities, servingas:
Catalystto spur the realization of our client s vision and goals, accelerating growthobjectives;
Strategistto engage with account and firm leadership to determine strategies vital tomaximizing successful client performance;
Stewardto protect and build our brand with our client while seeking opportunities toreduce risks for our clients and the firm; and
Operatorto effectively and efficiently manage across the account operating model tooptimize performance and client results.
The Work You ll Do
Your responsibilitieswillbebasedonspecificclientrelationshipobjectivesandtheaccountleadershipteam s priorities. You will deliver across Deloitte s AccountExcellence Model, a holistic framework for managing world-class accounts, whichincludes:
Client: client relationship strategy and implementation, client experiences, marketing,eminence/events, pursuit and proposal management
Strategic: accountstrategy, operating model, and strategic initiatives
Leadership: leaderdevelopment, connectivity and alignment, leadership succession and transition,and new leader onboarding
Quality & Risk: confidentialinformation management, firm compliance/independence, and legal/contracting
People: talent,teambuilding, team management, communications
Financial: financial management
