We are looking for talented individuals seeking a fulfilling career, excited by the opportunity to build the premier full service financial services institution based in Texas.

Reporting to the Head of Institutional Services at TCBI Securities, the Corporate / High Yield Broker will prospect, on-board and engage with buy-side accounts as well as other institutional clients focused on high yield credit markets to provide exceptional customer service.

  • Bachelor’s degree; CFA or other advanced degrees and designations welcome

  • Minimum 2 years of experience required; Demonstrable prior experience in institutional sales with debt financing and capital markets knowledge

  • Firm understanding of the financial markets, specifically in fixed income. Experience in equity derivatives and/or convertible securities is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Proficiency in Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel and Outlook required

  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requests

  • Ability to take initiative and function independently balanced with strong teaming skills

  • Maintain high standards of professional and ethical conduct

  • FINRA Series 7, Series 63 and Series 57; or the ability to obtain within 90 days
