What You Will Be Doing
You will work with customers to set up their portals, answer their questions, troubleshoot problems, and introduce them to the platform. You will also track customer issues, escalate if necessary, and develop documentation per account.
What You Need for this Position
At Least 3 Years of Experience with:
Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
