You have assisted in the development of UI/UX designs
Experience with manipulating or creating motion graphics
Experience employing macro and micro typographic principals in flexible design systems
Experience creating dynamic compositional grid systems
Experience scaling branding and design systems
Experience crafting instructional documentation
You are skilled at taking complex concepts and distilling them into clear concise instructions
You have a proven track record of independently learning new processes and technology
Experience applying a hands-on approach to solving problems
You will be contributing to the creation of common design components for the Content team. These components include design templates based on UI design specs, Engineering implementation, and design guidelines. This will be done in an iterative process in close partnership with many teams including other creative teams, UI/UX designers, and engineering groups. The guideline and templates may require combinations of static and motion diagrams, animations, and explanatory videos. Once guidelines are completed, it is essential to clearly present the guidelines in training sessions. Guidelines and standards will require updating as product specifications and standards change. Additional responsibilities include: -Actively participating in the creation and documentation of design standards for TV and other Apple services. -Create sample artwork in Photoshop, Sketch, and After Effects -Build presentation templates in Keynote, Sketch, and internally developed apps. -Create partner guidelines in Keynote and Adobe XD -Communicate design requirements for design tools with technical and engineering teams. -Creation of instructional videos -Maintain library of documentation -Design onboarding materials for vendors and external partners -Design internal communication emails regarding documentation or template updates -Participate in discussions to continually improve studio documentation standards -Provide the Content team with end-user support
Education & Experience
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Portfolio displaying breadth of work required with all applications.
