We’re looking for a proactive employee who is driven to bring and lead great talent to our team. This is a people-focused position in a fast-paced environment -- you’ve got to handle stress well, be goal-driven, and have experience in talent acquisition. You’re helping to lead and motivate a team of recruiters; you’ll have a ton of responsibility and must be able to manage diverse and demanding projects.

To excel in this role, you’ll:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent

  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization

  • Work with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed on proper criteria

  • Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers and HR to facilitate efficient inter-departmental communication

  • Establish a recognizable "employer of choice" reputation for the company, both internally and externally

  • Develop and maintain relationships in the Security Industry and other relevant groups and organizations to create a pipeline of qualified candidates


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR or Marketing preferred OR equivalent years of relevant experience

  • 2+ years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience required

  • Must have experience using Application Tracking Systems

  • Must have clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle process

  • Must have experience sourcing candidates from various resources and building a diverse network to create candidate pipeline

  • Must have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices required

  • Excellent time management, verbal and written communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required
