The position requires a mature individual whose primary focus is always safety, while at the same time providing the highest degree of customer service. The Line Service employee must be able to work without constant supervision and have an assertive, self-starting attitude. The position affords the employee an opportunity to work around aircraft and learn a great deal about aviation. The company encourages Line Service employees to become involved in flying and will assist committed employees in achieving their aviation goals.
Aircraft cleaning and detailing
Air ambulance preparation and communication
Assistance in loading air ambulance patients
Ground movement of aircraft in/out of hangers and tie-downs
Cleaning of office, bathrooms, hangar, etc.
Cleaning of Hertz rental cars
Basic computer operation
Launching and Returning Flights
Strong positive customer service with the public involving:
Telephone calls, Walk-in customers, Hertz rental car customers, Aircraft customer/passengers, Flight students, Charter customers
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within an environment of changing priorities.
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to help customers and handle problems that arise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
Must be acceptable in accordance with the FAA drug and alcohol testing program
Utilize visual acuity to read technical information, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Perform activities requiring a moderate amount of standing, sitting, and walking.
Capable of lifting 50lbs.
Entails exposure to indoor and outdoor weather conditions, may be exposed to loud aircraft noise, fumes, gasses, odors, dust particles and mechanical/electrical and chemical hazards.
