Dickinson Center, Inc. has provided a continuum of mental health, intellectual disability, and Children's Prevention services in Northwestern Pennsylvania since 1958. We are a progressive non-profit organization with about 200 employees and an annual operating budget of nearly $10 million. We currently have a position in our Home and Community Habilitation Program (HAB) in Potter County. HAB is a one-one direct service that consists of services designed to assist individuals with intellectual developmental delays in acquiring, retaining, and improving the self-help, socialization, and adaptive skills necessary to reside successfully in their homes or community-based settings. The HAB Worker provides direct service to assist the consumer in working towards individual goals. The hours are nontraditional and may involve evenings or weekends. This position requires that employee uses their own reliable transportation to perform job duties. This is an Emergency Relief (ER) position with potential to be full time. QUALIFICATIONS --High school diploma required. -- Valid Driver's license required.
