Volt has 2 immediate internal opportunities for Sourcing Specialists! We are looking for people to join our Costa Mesa Team. We are looking for individuals with experience in staffing, recruiting or human resources. Preference for an individual with previous experience Administrative or Light Industrial recruiting.
Some of the Duties may include:
Full cycle recruiting, managing a full desk.
? Conduct interviews, reference checks, and QC calls to employees
? Manage daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings and maintain a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
? Documenting and updating system with end of assignments.
? Conduct all off boarding processes including termination exit interviews
? Perform functions to ensure accurate pay/bill processes
? Provide client with reports and information as required and in a timely manner; ability to arrive to work at a specified time.
? Submit qualified candidates and respond to client concerns.
? Extend the offer to the candidate and complete the documentation for new hire set up.
? Provide exceptional customer service in meeting our customer’s requirements such as; KPI’s and SLA’s
? Create referral campaign program, in conjunction with your leadership to increase referral opportunities
? Create a positive working environment for Volt contingent employee’s by creating relationships with employees
