CIVCO Medical Instrument Co Inc OEM Sales Administrator in Coralville, Iowa
The OEM Sales Administrator is a primary point of contact for CIVCO’s OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers. This position is responsible for coordinating daily sales and communication activities and building and maintaining relationships with strategic OEM accounts. Additionally, the associate works interactively with various departments in the company to support projects and promote CIVCO products with the OEM. This position is non-exempt and located at the Coralville, IA office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
Oversee purchase order scheduling, entry, and maintenance; provide quotes; receive, document, and resolve customer complaints and returns in accordance with quality system requirements and company policy.
Work with OEM accounts on initiatives to close revenue gaps and implement sales opportunities and supporting weekly sales updates to management.
Capture and document market surveillance and sales leads and perform lead fulfillment and follow-up.
Manage OEM database and records to ensure contacts are being entered and updated regularly.
Monitor new product releases and notify appropriate customers; obtain forecasts and initial orders.
Provide support to OEM Sales and Applications staff with demo product, literature, samples, meetings, onsite audits and customer referrals.
Work closely with other departments (Marketing, Product Line Management, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory) to provide support for OEM projects.

Education and/or Experience
Minimum high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and two to three years of related experience. Associate’s degree preferred with one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to work more than 40 hours per week (overtime) if needed based on business demand.
